Settings
Centralized configuration for Rock Forward's automation stack. Most settings here today are edited in code (CLAUDE.md, qualifier_rubric.json, Python prompts) — this page will surface them in a UI so you don't need to touch code to adjust facts, scoring, or branding.
1. Organization Profile
Legal name, address, mission, founding date, website. Single source of truth that flows into every LOI and proposal.
2. Verified Facts
Edit the pinned facts block used by the LOI drafter and proposal writer — Rob/Irene roles, facility state, cohort status, personnel budget. No more editing Python files.
3. Qualifier Rubric
Slider UI for the 6 scoring weights (geography, sector, faith, grant size, stage, accessibility). Edit the theory of change narrative.
4. Micro-Grant Structure
Edit Tier 1 and Tier 2 amounts, eligibility, and milestone gates. Propagates to LOI/proposal prompts instantly.
5. API Keys & Integrations
Rotate ROCKFORWARD_API_KEY. View Perplexity / Anthropic / self-hosted Supabase health. Test buttons for each.
6. Notifications
Email alerts when a Tier A funder is added, Slack webhook for stage changes, weekly digest scheduling.
7. Brand Assets
Upload logo SVG (currently using wordmark only), set accent colors, default heading font. Used by PDFs and dashboard theme.
